Family Foundations | Discover Your Story

Overview:

A two-part family learning experience blending practical kitchen skills with soulful exploration of family foodways. Created for homeschoolers, unschoolers, and family-centered learners; scaleable for all learners. Each course runs four weeks. One is self-paced with guided support; the other is live and relational. Both lay the foundation for future curriculum, coaching, and speaking offerings.

Spaceport Cafeteria | Where Imagination Feeds the Body

Overview:

Spaceport Cafeteria is an interactive, multi-sensory workshop series for classrooms, or small group learning; and is scaleable for team building. This course invites group learners to first contact with an alien species and discover what powers this creature through a buffet of vibrant, real-world foods. Blending art, storytelling, and nutrition science, this experience helps build lifelong curiosity and respect for food as fuel for our bodies.
